Where is home?

where is home?

soft hills

full of myth

and beauty

greeting me

hiding away

the pain

hiding away

the horror

hiding away

I have

a long time

surviving

tiny soul

has no home

never had!

Dark places

Dark places

“This is a bad place”

a little one wrote.

They are all the same:

dark places

but

sometimes hidden ~

sometimes much too

obvious!

This poem is inspired by the picture of Jeff’s Song’s Article “Something good, something bad….

Do what you want!

Do what you want

Do what you what you what you want

INSPIRED BY EVANESCENCE “DO WHAT YOU WANT

Do

what you

what you

what you

want:

Life is yours

to take

NOT

theirs

to command!

Lost

Lost

Mist covering
my lost souls

their
resistant hope

shines like a

beacon

Loosing my Souls

Losing my Souls

Time
and time
again
I am
losing
my souls:
one for the pain,
one for the joy,
one for the duty,
one for the treachery,
one stays behind
lost and cracked.

The girl on the stairs

The girl on the stairs

eyes on the door

bottom cold

on the stairs

shy hand

touches handle

locked

coy question

answered with

angry groan

better go

back to bed

crying

My Rage

inspired by Laura Marling‘s Song “All My Rage

Cancer like churning my heart

never acknowledged

gnawing my fingertips

to the burning blood

incinerates my lost souls

mercilessly

night by night by night….

lost in the endless

void

of my rage!

Calling my children home

Calling my children home

INSPIRED BY EMMYLOU HARRIS’ SONG

Calling out

to my lost souls

children

of my heart.

It is time

to come home.

It is time

to rest.

it is time!

A century of sleep

a century of sleep
keeping away
my nightmares

a century of sleep
relaxing my
tortured muscles

a century of sleep
soothing my
wounded heart

a century of sleep
healing

healing my nightmare
healing my muscles
healing my heart
healing my souls

a century of sleep
my lost souls
long for it

a century of sleep
where
can they find it?
